These layers contain coastal wetland habitat from 1956, 1979, 2002, and 2022 interpreted from historical and recent aerial photographs. Wetlands are classified by system (marine, estuarine, riverine, palustrine, lacustrine), subsystem (reflective of hydrologic conditions), and class (descriptive of vegetation and substrate).
